Questions

What kind of photo works best?

One clear photo of one person or one pet, whole body in frame, facing the camera in bright, even light. Faces matter most, so avoid sunglasses, hats that shade the face, and people turned away. If you're not sure, send your best photo and we'll tell you if we need another.

How long does it take?

We send you a 3D preview within 2 days of your order. That's a digital design for you to check, not the figurine itself. Once you approve it, we print, finish and deliver your figurine within 14 days.

What if I don't like the preview?

Tell us what to change. You get 2 free rounds of changes, and we send a new preview each time, usually within 2 days. If the model still isn't up to standard, you can ask for a full refund at any point before you approve it.

What's the difference between unpainted and full colour?

Unpainted figurines are printed in one colour, grey or white, with fine 0.12 mm layers, ready for you to paint. Full colour figurines are printed with the skin, hair and outfit in colour. Both come in 12, 15 or 20 cm, and the price includes free UK tracked delivery.

Will the colours match my photo exactly?

We match every colour to the filaments we print with and show you those exact colours in your preview. Printed colours can vary slightly from your screen, and very fine details such as strands of hair are simplified so they print cleanly.

Is it a toy?

No. Your figurine is a decorative keepsake for display. It has small parts, so keep it away from young children.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the UK, with tracking. Delivery is free.

What happens to my photo?

We use it only to make your figurine. Photos and 3D files are stored privately and deleted 60 days after delivery. See our privacy policy for details.
